At Pureloom, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for all orders. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order through our website hosted on Wix.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the customer’s location. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Pureloom does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Customs processing

  • High seasonal demand

Pureloom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on several factors, including the size and weight of the order, the shipping destination, and the shipping method selected by the customer. Prices may vary depending on carrier rates and delivery speed preferences.

From time to time, Pureloom may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping offers for qualifying orders. These promotions may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, limited-time availability, or other specific terms and conditions.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping and contact information at the time of purchase. Please carefully review all order details before submitting your order.

Pureloom is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact Pureloom as soon as possible with your order number, photos (if applicable), and any supporting details so we can review the issue.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with filing shipping carrier claims and resolving delivery issues, Pureloom is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery times and package handling are controlled by the carrier service.

6. International Shipping

Pureloom may offer international shipping to select countries and regions. International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and destination regulations.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or additional charges required by their country. Pureloom is not responsible for delays, fees, or delivery issues caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, or international shipping regulations.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers should carefully review all order details before completing their purchase. Once an order has been submitted, processed, or shipped, Pureloom may not be able to modify, update, or cancel the order.

If you need to request changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
